Happy new year! As you are setting new years resolutions for healthier eating, try out this delicious soup recipe. The best part I love about these jar meal recipes is that they are healthy AND fast! No need to sacrifice health just because you're eating "fast" food.
Tortellini
soup in a jar

Winder – serves 4
¾ c. Thrive sausage
1 c. dry, shelf stable
tortellini filled with cheese (can be found in the pasta section at the grocery
store)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Thrive oregano
1 tsp. Thrive basil
1 Tbsp. Thrive tomato powder
4 tsp. Thrive beef bouillon
½ c. Thrive onion slices
¾ c. Thrive tomato dices
1/3 c. Thrive carrot dices
Measure all ingredients in the order listed into a wide mouth quart sized mason jar. Place a new oxygen absorption packet in the top of the jar, then put on a new lid and ring and close tightly. Store away from light to ensure a longer shelf life.
Cooking directions:
Remove oxygen absorber
packet. Dump contents of jar into 6
cups of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for about 15 minutes until tortellini are soft. Add more water if
desired. Serve with garlic bread.
