1/3 c. Thrive mango
1/3 c. Thrive peaches
1/3 c. Thrive red peppers
1/3 c. Thrive green peppers
½ c. Thrive diced tomatoes
3 T. Thrive green chili peppers
3 T. Thrive diced onions
3 T. Thrive cilantro
Dash salt
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Lightly sprinkle on just enough water to moisten everything, and gently stir together, adding small amounts of water as needed until everything is rehydrated. Best if allowed to sit for 15 minutes to give everything time to rehydrate.
Preparation time: 5 minutes - and no chopping veggies or kitchen cleanup!
